“As we are now just past our first year of working with you I thought I would drop you a line to outline my thoughts on how things are going from our point of view.

Our aim was to differentiate ourselves in the market place and, by doing so, escape the downward spiral of being benchmarked against inferior box shifting companies on the internet who have no real interest in quality or customer service. I was initially sceptical about the return on investment using PR but can honestly say that we have noticed a difference already in the quality of enquiry our exposure in the media has generated.

When we developed our “Woof to Wash” machine for Support Dogs you were quick to recognise the potential for a newsworthy story. Your management of the media launch for this product not only achieved coverage on local and national TV, Radio & Press within the UK but also worldwide on news channels across the globe. It certainly raised our profile as innovators in the laundry industry and earned us recognition as one of the top ten innovators of 2014.

Further coverage of our CSR activity and continuous innovation has continued to build momentum and we are now experiencing a much higher profile as a result. The driving force behind our rising status has been the effective use of a well-constructed social media platform, especially Twitter, to make our activities visible real time.

It has been nice to work with professionals who understand the real issues facing our target markets and can align these factors to dovetail nicely with our unique abilities and offerings across traditional and digital marketing platforms.

Our elevated profile has undoubtedly helped us to secure some of our recent service contacts and, as we roll out our 2014 strategy, you can be sure that PR will be at the forefront of our marketing activity and we hope to further strengthen our position as market leaders in our field.
