About Us
Our clients say we outshine our competitors.
That's because they are confident of how much print, broadcast and new media coverage we will deliver - before we deliver it.
Pro-active, highly experienced and passionate about PR, we cut through the noise to set and deliver objectives which are aligned with your business plan. See below for more details about the senior team.
Sharon Cain - Managing Director

Sharon is a former Sky TV and BBC journalist who founded Quest as: "The home of good journalism."
Working at a strategic level, Sharon conducts in-depth interviews with senior personnel to ‘peel off the layers' and dig out appropriate angles. She draws on her writing expertise to target clients' messages across print and broadcast media.
A champion of female entrepreneurs, Sharon was selected by regional development agency Yorkshire Forward for the nationwide Women's Ambassadors' Programme. Running half marathons and cycle challenges for charity, Sharon is passionate about travel and has lived in Hong Kong and in a tree house in the Philippines. She is most proud of her team and Quest's raft of awards from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
Tim Curran - Deputy MD

Tim is a former BBC journalist, who joined Quest after heading the business-to-business teams at the two leading Leeds-based PR agencies, Ptarmigan and Brahm. At Ptarmigan, he developed his team’s business from a standing start to account for more than a third of the agency’s income and was a key figure in the organisation becoming the only one outside London ever to win the coveted PR Week Agency of the Year title. His clients have included National Australia Bank Group, top accountancy practices BDO Stoy Hayward and PKF, national top five law firm Irwin Mitchell, global financial connectivity provider TNS, manufacturing multinationals the Wheelabrator Group and Yarwood, plus public sector organisations the Waste and Resources Action Programme, the Homes and Communities Agency and Yorkshire Forward.
Earlier in his career, Tim was PR manager at Bradford & Bingley, where he won a major national award and saw his press office team voted the best in the whole financial services industry, by journalists covering the subject in the national, local and trade media.
